Choosing a property that is right for you.
Please view our property search function to view the numerous properties we have available, once you find one you think is right for you simply contact us to arrange a viewing. We can do viewing Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 7pm and Saturdays 10am -3pm.
Securing Your Property
Once you have decided on the property for you , you will be asked to pay your administration fess on the property which will secure the property for a period of 3 weeks and fill in the tenants application form. Administration fees will be non refundable if you decide not to take the property or your application is declined.
Rents
Rents are always payable per calender month and one month in advance.
Deposits
Deposits taken are usually equivalent to one months rent or more depending on type of property. This is payable at the start of your tenancy and then deposited with The Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
Fees
Belgray Charge £70 per applicant which covers admin and referencing costs
